Card of the week & Thopter Sword Deck

April 25, 2011

so this weeks card was banned in extended a couple of seasons ago, due to its interaction with thopter foundry. it had an amazing recursion ratio which piratically broke the format and made it almost impossible to defend against.

This however leads into the next article of this past weekends 11th place winning deck. Thopter Sword by by Adam Barnello at the Legacy Open tournament in Boston, Massachusetts, United States on 2011-04-24.

I will admit I love the Thopter Sword combo, I think it is one of the greatest artifact combo every created in the MTG realm of gaming.
